SDES Reconsidered

Student Development and Enrollment Services is engaged in a process to transform the division. It is a strategy to re-conceptualize how we work together for a positive impact on students. It is the goal of the SDES Reconsidered Learning Guides that, as a result of SDES Reconsidered, SDES staff members will be better able to communicate with each other, inspire students, and assess our programs so that students gain a meaningful co-curricular experience.

Operational Excellence and Assessment Support (OEAS)

The mission of the UCF Office of Operational Excellence and Assessment Support (OEAS) is to support efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of University operations and the quality of student learning outcomes through assessment. OEAS will accomplish this by providing support to all administrative units and academic programs through integrated processes that include continuous quality improvement, survey development, data collection, analysis, and guidance in assessment.

Office of Institutional Research

The mission of the Office of Institutional Research is to provide information of the highest quality and which is both timely and easily accessible and to facilitate and enhance decision-making, strategic planning, and assessment at the University of Central Florida. The scope of the unit's responsibility embodies the university, state and federal agencies, and the general public.
